Getting to know your Siamese
The Siamese cat is an extremely extroverted breed and usually very vocal with their owners.
They are also well known for their athleticism and are highly intelligent which shows in the way they use playtime to keep their minds and bodies active. They have a signature silhouette which is long, athletic and slim with a sleek, short coat.

Siamese cats are known for their loud vocal personalities and extremely outgoing nature. They also tend to become territorial around guests and other pets. The breed is highly intelligent and usually demands attention. Siamese cats do not like being left alone for long periods of time. Highly muscular and very active, the Siamese has a slender, elegant shape.
Skin & Coat
The Siamese has a short and sleek coat and is a pointed breed - meaning their body is lighter in colour than the points (face, legs, tail and ears). Their markings come in four colours: blue, lilac, chocolate and seal point. The fine short coat of the Siamese is easily cared for with weekly grooming, although as with many shorthaired breeds, Siamese will generally groom their coats very well by themselves.

WHAT TO FEED YOUR SIAMESE
From kitten to adult
ROYAL CANIN®’s Siamese diet has been formulated and designed to meet this magnificent breed’s specific unique needs. The Siamese has a long and muscular body so a diet with high protein is required. Siamese cats are prone to digestive issues; ensuring highly digestible proteins are in their diet will help promote good digestive health.

During their growth period, the Siamese’s digestive system is immature and develops gradually over several months. An exclusive combination of nutrients helps support the young kitten’s digestive health and contributes to good stool quality. Highly digestible proteins with an adapted fibre content including psyllium and prebiotics promote a balance in the intestinal flora.
Natural Defences
Helps support the Siamese kitten’s natural defences, thanks to an antioxidant complex and prebiotics including mannan-oligo-saccharides (MOS) which helps remove pathogenic bacteria from the gut and stimulate the local immune response.
